Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation from the confirmation day up to 30 days before the service date, 30% cancellation fee will apply Cancellation from 29 to 10 days before the service date, 50% cancellation fee will apply Cancellation from 9 to 3 days before the service date, 80% cancellation fee will apply Cancellation less than 3 days or NO SHOW for the scheduled services, 100% cancellation fee will apply BAD WEATHER: Bad weather is determined by the captain. In case of very rough seas or not navigable sea and heavy rain, we will offer you the chance to reschedule the tour on the next available dates. Refund in case there is no chance to reschedule the tour.
